想請問板上有沒有女生
本身有多囊性卵巢
去年徒手健身快半年後途中被診斷有多囊
因為當時月經突然不來了,後面有打催經
之後還是照常運動,月經後面都順順來
後來徒手改為重訓三個月之後
近期又排卵不順QQ
想請問有多囊的女生
喝巧克力高蛋白會有影響嗎?
或是有什麼需要注意的 感謝
