對象:
1.曾受過傷、動過手術,變成慢性疼痛或運動功能恢復不足者
2.想要增強運動專項體能者
3.想雕塑身材、肌肉線條者
4.有駝背、下背痛、肩頸酸痛等慢性姿勢性問題或體態不佳者
地點:大安運動中心
日期:6/8(六),6/9(日)
時間:週六 10:00~12:00(1名額), 13:00~15:00(3名額), 15:00~17:00(3名額)
任何傷痛問題都可以前來評估,建議下午一點過來,評估建議免費,參加課程需收費。
