重訓過後有氧跑不動 - 健身

今天跑操場3圈
然後進健身房做背的3組一組20下 仰臥起坐30下
結束在做仰臥起坐15下
然後收操在跑操場原本打算跑三圈
但我開始跑不到半圈就沒辦法再跑
只好再走半圈勉強跑和走兩圈
趕快回來問這問題
為什麼我重訓完在跑時會很吃力跑不動
是要重訓完先休息再跑嗎?
