是這樣的 我練重訓大概兩年
不過是當練身體健康的 都是自己一個人去拉一拉 然後跑步 就是當運動^^
最近半年才想要練大肌肉
我回來爬了爬文 自己想了想 覺得我的身材應該很難練 因為沒肉 想要增重
我去年年底(十一月)是177/60(體脂11) 從大一到大四都一樣 沒變過
然後就每天逼自己喝三大杯牛奶 (因為那時去查熱量表 牛奶熱量很高)
三月去量是65(體脂變成15 = =) 可是有收到一點點成效
因為我覺得多吸收熱量應該也是能讓身體成長 至少我覺得這半年來還算頗受用 @@
不知道有沒有人也是跟我同樣的方式增重然後重訓的(就覺得太輕一邊吃一邊練)
因為最近實在太熱 牛奶真的喝不下去 (寢室25度up 哭哭)
如果有的話 可以分享一下最近可以吃什麼來大幅增加熱量 達到每日所需的基本熱量嗎?
