如圖,我從五月底100磅到現在已經停滯整整兩個月了,爬過版上所有標題有「停滯」的文章,不外乎是增加運動量。
我本身一星期重訓至少超過五小時,有時候還更多。飲食就不吃穀類不吃糕點不吃甜的,吃根莖、蔬菜、水果當作澱粉,蛋白質跟油沒有限制,每餐吃到七分飽。重訓重量穩定成長,有氧除了游泳幾乎沒在做。cheat day 一星期一餐。
覺得有氧非常無聊所以不想做,游泳也只會在海裡游(浮潛、水肺潛水)不想在游泳池游........ 然後我的肌肉長很慢,所以體重掉多少幾乎就是減下的純脂重,所以我的體重非常有參考價值。每次用同台體脂計算出的減脂重都>=減掉的體重。
想請問版上的大家以前減重減脂遇到停滯期有試過什麼方法是可以有效突破停滯嗎?謝謝!
