大家如何轉換慢跑跟游泳阿 - 健身

現在大概一週可以運動三天
有時候慢跑, 有時候游泳
跑出興趣, 也游出興趣
但兩個都弱弱的, 所以兩個都想要增加里程數(我好貪心XD~~)
(現在每次跑大概6K 40分鐘, 游泳上次游到1500/hr)
現在的情況是如果我,整個禮拜都慢跑, 那有時候可以跑到7K
可是如果,沒慢跑然後連續2~3次去游泳, 回去慢跑又變6K~5K
(都是跑到累跟游到累)
不知道大家怎麼讓里程數增加咧?
p.s. 想問有練"電腦人"的女孩,
我覺得我都跟幾分鐘就會攤掉,這樣練不知道有沒有用
不知道,大家一開始練的狀況都如何咧?
p.s.2 一直看板上大家都吃燕麥, 最近也去買來吃
買一個叫"澳洲高鮮燕麥"的, 發現燕麥好好吃阿阿阿~~
整個禮拜狂吃XD
