我現在每晚會去跑操場半小時
400*9=3600m
不是很輕鬆 其實很ㄍㄥ
常常跑完六圈就想回家了
平日我覺得自己的心跳很慢
當自己算每分鐘有七十幾下的時候
就覺得感到心臟一直發出咚咚聲(對 其實也才70)
去跑步的時候 沒有用機器測 也沒戴手表
但也不覺得心跳可以到每分鐘130下
有人也心跳比較慢的嗎??
像我這種是不是不用到每分鐘130也可以燃脂壓??
我(166/54)
體脂23%
BMI 19.9
基代1280
想減fat mass到20% 也就是再減個三公斤左右的脂肪(但我胸部已經沒有B了>///<)
線條就靠瑜珈一星期至少去兩次
重訓就不考慮了 因為沒有器材 會自己在家抬腿或仰臥起坐
飲食很自由 但我會盡量不吃到1300
希望大家可以給我一些建議
教我如何消除脂肪又可以曲線健美
