今天畢業了 現在有很多的空閒時間可以利用
目前大致上的規劃是運動健身
我是男生 身高170 體重52
算剛剛好〈吧〉
我跟一些人一樣 無聊的時候就會想吃東西
無論是泡麵、麵包、熱狗 我都來者不拒
只是基於身體健康的觀念
讓我不得不好好想個辦法來控制我的飲食
我的早餐:豬柳漢堡加蛋、培根丹麥土司加蛋之類 另外一杯中杯紅茶或豆漿
我的中餐:大致上都以麵食為主,像乾麵等
我的晚餐是我控制不了的部分 我喜歡邊看電視邊吃晚餐
不知不覺我的晚餐就一直猛吃了
飲食在晚餐的部分 有誰能建議一下
主要是能在食慾與飽足感間有個平衡點
PS. 家裡的觀念是晚餐不能不吃 所以請不要提供我 就不要吃的答案 = =
