體脂肪每天同時間量的變化? - 健身

若我每天都是一早起床未進食前量體重(體重機可兼測體脂肪跟其它)
如果我飲食還是有所控制,且照常做有氧運動
但體脂肪今早比昨早量多了0.x%,這0.幾的增加值代表什麼?是我吃太多或運動量不夠?
ps:從6/10到昨天,體脂肪降了2.2%,但今天回升0.4%,所以是6/10-6/14體脂肪共降了
1.8%. BTW,我的體重今天也比昨天增加了1.8kg,但我認為它是生理期前的增加,不
知道這是否跟體脂肪增加有關?
