各位版友好
請問各位都怎麼負重做仰臥起坐?
最近去迪卡農買了一個10KG的啞鈴
除了練練二頭外也打算負重做仰臥起坐
請問各位都怎麼做?
我事都把啞鈴放在胸前 手支撐住啞鈴
因為壓在胸上好痛= =
而且覺得啞鈴很大 做起來不知道效果好不好
家裡沒斜板 都躺地板 腳屈膝這樣
還是大家比較推薦把槓片拿起來抱著槓片做?
可是槓片10KG一共好像有4片還6片感覺有點厚...
另外請問論強度的話
電腦人LV2一組跟負重10KG的仰臥起坐哪個比較強?
或負重10KG仰臥起坐要做幾下幾組才會有大於等於LV2的強度呢??
