大家早上運動完之後會整天沒精神嗎? - 健身

我最近早上都騎腳踏車40分鐘+跑步30分鐘(大部份慢慢跑,有時候會衝刺1600)
平常沒有早上運動的習慣
因為參加了減重課程,減一定量的體重可以有獎勵
晚上又沒什麼時間運動才會想要在早上運動
但是我運動完整天上班都會很沒精神,
常常會打瞌睡.....
我運動完會熱水洗澡,通常洗完的半小時內會很有精神
之後就會常常打瞌睡
還會恍神= =
平常晚上固定睡6~7小時沒變
平常上班精神都蠻正常的,是最近運動後才開始會這樣
不知道為什麼運動後會整天沒精神呢?
有沒有板友有類似的症狀?
