減肥應該吃什麼種類的食物,相信在這個版的大家應該都很清楚
但卻很少討論吃東西的''方式''
胖子的進食特點:吃東西狼吞虎嚥
所以要瘦,除了吃的東西,連吃的速度都得講究,細嚼慢嚥,才能品嘗到食物的味道
不容易飢餓,自然就減少食量。
那除此之外還有什麼減少食量,不容易餓的進食技巧嗎?
比方說先吃什麼食物的種類?
吃的時候應該分開吃還是混著吃?
吃飯前先喝水?
想請問食量小的各位,你們的進食方式是什麼呢?
唉 活到一把年紀,竟然還要人家教我吃飯.....
