大家好
我也是一位在減肥路上努力的一份子
最近的減重效率約1.2kg/week
已持續了三個禮拜
減重的大原則是18/6 一日兩餐 低碳 高脂 高蛋白 零糖(但會吃水果解決對糖的渴望)
但不是生酮
因為在運動上我還有自主訓練需要碳水
每天的中餐與晚餐會在myfitnesspal app上會紀錄飲食
未來解封後期待運動表現能增長到田徑場400m間歇的秒數要見7字頭 × 至少3組(正常的400公尺間歇要十組,但我知道自己實力還不到那邊)
然後我今天有一個問題想請教各位先進

這張圖是我今天吃的晚餐
但是列表裡面120g的炒蛋,我其實是用兩顆60g的生雞蛋加總的,請問這樣是不是錯的?
我其實應該要量料理後的炒蛋的重量?而不是料理前的生雞蛋?

ps.今天晚餐的碳水化合物失控了,我芒果吃340g導致碳水化合物爆表,蛋白質也沒吃夠,今天完全失誤了
