小弟每週大概會有5~6次重訓,
其中大概有2~3次會接40分有氧。
這樣的訓練模式已經非常習慣了,
但是這陣子因為工作真的太忙,
所以有一週的時間沒有去運動。
等我繼續開始運動以後我才發現,
前一週沒有運動的睡眠品質跟精神都很好,
繼續維持運動習慣以後每天早上起床都很痛苦。
因為要工作又自修又要運動,睡眠時間排8個小時已經很緊繃了,
卻還是不夠睡。不知道大家會不會有怎麼睡都睡不飽的感覺?
有大大後來用什麼方式來獲得改善嗎?
