一直尋尋覓覓的在找適合減脂時期吃的早餐,爬文看板上有推勻合素食的全麥饅頭
可是公司裡面只有微波爐,好像就不太適合弄饅頭...?還是其實可以?
所以就開始在尋找其他全麥系列的東西,找到的就只有公司樓下賣的全麥麵包,個頭不
小大概 IPHONE 6+這麼大 然後十公分高吧,有乳酪口味的和蔓越莓......
好啦其實講這麼多重點就是,之前聽過別人說因為全麥麵包很硬,很多店家會為了口感
問題,會加很多奶油使其軟化,我個人咬起來雖然是不硬啦但也是比一般麵包要咬的久
很多,想請問這種麵包會不會吃多了反而吃了很多奶油得到反效果啊??
PS.偷偷問一下各位外食族早餐到底怎麼吃啊...(盡量快速方便的)
