小弟健身2年來 斷斷續續 多次因為受傷休息(有些不是健身造成)一陣子
累積下來 右手腕 左肩 左膝蓋 偶而都要去看醫生治療舒緩
這些部位轉到某個角度就會痛 但是健身做的動作 深蹲 臥推就不會痛
所以就一直沒管他 我老婆都笑我 運動本來是要健康 怎麼越練傷越多XD
想要長時間休息讓他完全好 但是想到不能練 就很嘔~~
