今天去附近小學運動 慢跑
然後把腿 放到單槓上拉拉筋
我赫然發現 我身體有「死角」!!
右腿很輕鬆的放上去
左腿還需要手橋一下才上的去
然後左手扶著 單槓一扭腰 右手可以輕鬆抓到單槓
但是換個方向 左手卻也要橋一下才能抓到單槓
我的死角在左邊啊!
大家的死角在那邊呢?
就是比較不協調 比較不靈活的是那邊勒?
