最近放暑假了
一個禮拜會有四五天回到自己溫暖的家鄉
在家鄉的時候通常都早上去游泳30-40分鐘
晚上去跑步(40分鐘)順便小小重訓一下
可是昨天回到台北,就覺得有點慵懶XD
內心告訴自己一定要去運動!!!
最後是折衷的在家裡跳了鄭多燕的有氧
然後今天...我也想開鄭多燕來跳跳就好= =
不過飲食都很正常~ 沒有偷吃XD
請問各位版友們,你們一個禮拜容許自己幾天偷個懶?
我好想要一個禮拜給他吃個燒烤之類的
不過我都會理性的告訴自己算了吧XD
不知道有沒有意志力很堅定的人
快來傳授一下秘訣吧!!!
或是有甚麼心情分享一下!!
還是要提一下把自己逼太緊也不好
之前搞得情緒很差 :(
整個人很負面失落
過陣子才恢復美滋滋的心情!
希望大家運動減肥時,都是快樂且正向的 ^________^
