睡眠是很重要的
但是到底要睡滿幾個小時才算及格?
一開始人人都說要睡滿8小時
後來又有科學報導有七小時拉~~五小時拉~~
等等~~
想請問板上的各位,你們的睡眠時間大約都多長呢?
我大概是六個半小時到七個小時~~
不曉得會不會納入睡眠不足裡面
阿!!!!!!
我想要瘦阿~~~
