關於體重與體脂肪.. - 減肥

開始減肥也經過了一段時間
但卻遇到了一點困難
原本的體重是75,體脂肪是25
經過了一陣子努力
體脂肪降到了23左右
但是體重卻急速上升到79....
以這樣子的變化來看
我這種體重VS體脂肪的變化
是要追求穩定的體重下降為優先目標嗎~
