如題
請問愛運動的大家,運動完的隔天會很疲憊嗎?
以我目前而言,隔天總是會非常疲憊,大家有類似狀況嗎?
睡眠習慣:最晚00:30 前就寢, 約07:20 起床
每天運動也僅有 20 下伏地挺身+左右手各40 下的啞鈴+30 下的仰臥起坐+40下的抬腿
運動時間大概是晚上21:00~23:00 之間
挺困擾的,想請問大家!!感恩...
