我有重量訓練
所以在飲食上想多補充蛋白質
可是沒有很強
還不需要乳清蛋白
我想請問大家都怎麼吃的
我買食物除了考慮價格
還會看蛋白質含量
選比較多的
我一星期大約吃四顆蛋(好像吃太多也不好,如有錯誤請指正)
肉的話,我覺得在學校很難吃到,大部分是炸的,我有點注重健康
雖說牛奶豆漿歸類在蛋白質,蛋是也只有大約3g/100ml
假如說真的要計算一天要吃多少蛋白質
大概要幾克
我163/50 體脂 17.5
