大家重訓時穿甚麼褲子? - 健身

事情是這樣的
從今年初開始運動以來 也運動將近10個月的時間
做的運動有跑步 踩飛輪 瑜珈 重訓(包含教練課)
做以上運動我的穿著清一色都是
Uniqlo的Bratop(註1)+長版運動背心(註2)+黑色緊身長褲(註3)
(1) 因為仗恃著自己胸部只有小B(T^T) 所以都只穿bratop
目前為止是覺得沒甚麼異狀 運動起來也不會覺得不舒服
不會覺得支撐力不夠 也不會覺得胸部晃動影響運動...(因為也沒東西可以晃...)
不過久了還是有點擔心 是否該買運動內衣比較適合?
(2) 長版運動背心的長度大概剛好遮到屁股下緣
再長的話覺得做運動會有點卡卡
(3) 重點來了!! 我一直以來都是穿 網路上買的那種一件200~300的黑色運動緊身褲
運動這個月下來也沒甚麼異狀
不過就在最近我跟我朋友一起去重訓 他說某些動作我的底褲超級明顯!!!(哭QQ)
因為其實這些緊身褲都滿薄的 所以繃緊時會透光.......
我當下真的超想去撞牆的.....(e04! 我都穿這樣去教練課...)
回家後馬上檢查自己所有會穿去的黑色緊身褲 結果只有一件壓力褲不會透光 orz
但這件壓力褲(價錢約2k左右) 通常我只有跑步>15km的時候會穿它
我一個禮拜運動4~5天 不可能天天穿它
而且我做的這些運動也沒必要都要穿壓力褲...
所以想請問大家都穿甚麼運動呢
有沒有推薦的緊身長褲(希望是1k以內)或運動內衣?
p.s: 1. 我不太喜歡緊身褲外面再加短褲 覺得穿很多東西有種不俐落的感覺
2. 我有買過迪卡農的褲子 但兩件都在我穿不到5次就在膝蓋處破洞了
而且我滿瘦的 所以不是太胖撐破 因此就不考慮迪卡農的褲子了
