想請問大家都用那些app
實際上我並沒有跑步的習慣 但可能會在家裡做一些簡單的運動
像是伏地挺身 仰臥起坐 深蹲 plank 之類
想要替每天做的運動做個快速的紀錄
但是爬文後發現 大部分的app 是紀錄跑步時間距離
另外是還有教你做tabata 之類的複合式訓練
始終找不到能夠每天記錄自己訓練菜單的app
版友有推薦的嗎?
