大概多重才比較適合跑步呢? - 健身

我目前是 189cm / 165kg(應該 一陣子沒量了)
大概是二月底左右 開始慢跑 跑1K 走1K 總距離大概4K左右
之前都是用走的 大概走6K/1H內的速度
可是走了幾個月後覺得強度好像不太夠 後來就改加入一點慢跑
一開始是會很喘 現在喘是還好 但是大概是跑1K左右 就感覺腳很痠
這幾天腳底板是有點點痛的感覺 負擔好像太大 orz
所以想請教一下 除了了游泳外 還有什麼比較適合的運動?
另外問一下 有沒有什麼體重計可以量到我現在這種體重的.... 囧"
