爬了大燕麥片後有些疑問,懇請幫忙解惑。
1.有板友說大燕麥片和即時麥片的差異在於加工程度,
造成GI值的差異。一般的傳統燕麥較佳。
那桂格的大燕麥片也是寫即沖即食,這樣他算是哪種麥片阿?
高GI?低GI?
2.為了更方便入口,我買了果汁機來打燕麥,
混著打牛奶喝,但這樣是不是就讓燕麥失去原本低GI的特性?
3.呈上,若只是想要燕麥降膽固醇的效果,2的吃法ok嗎?
