大家好,我身高165體重60-62
平常沒有運動,最近開始使用X-BIKE,阻力3速度維持40的程度,對我不太喘但是腳
會稍微鐵腿,心跳約維持10x-11xbpm
但是如果阻力4我的膝蓋會不舒服(膝蓋不好)
如果是這樣的情況是不是該換運動型態呢?
或是只是減得比較慢,但是維持習慣還是會有效果呢>"<
