大肌群一個禮拜訓練組數限制? - 健身

小弟重訓半年了,還是超級新手,最近看了一些肌肥大訓練的文章,其中都有提到肌肥大
效果最好是一個禮拜12-18組 單次不超過10組
甚至寫到,超過10組後的訓練都是白費甚至會影響肌肉生長
所以其實我有點納悶,因為平常訓練光一個平胸槓鈴臥推就至少5.6組了,再加上上胸、
啞鈴,隨便都超過10組
然後一個禮拜練兩次,那不就等於我都在做白工?
各位巨巨可以幫我解惑嗎
如果真的這樣訓練過量那我要改一下訓練量了
