沒想到 一個體適能版也可以這麼歧視他人
只因為自己的資訊或者自己不了解 就酸人
胖的人基代高 本來一開始就瘦的快
看到新聞就說亂說 亂教 明明基礎代謝就在那邊自己也不會算
操場跑一圈消耗的熱量 70 80 90 100公斤的人都相同嗎?
每個人生活作息 生活習慣不同 日積月累的狀況下對於自己做的訓練菜單本來就會不同
800是一個門檻嗎 你們自己有測試過每天800會怎樣嗎?
還是聽說? 我開出來的菜單就是我在做的事情 身體力行會比聽說可信度低?
如果版友看到 參考以後 做了不行他不會停止或者修改詢問?
依照每個人不同800不行不能往上增加?
如果800是一個錯誤 我想那些營養師的朋友都是笨蛋
應該在診所開放上PTT體適能版就好
就算我現在實行後體重下降 皮膚變好也都是假的 希望大家提供更好的菜單
