首先我相當肯定原PO的毅力跟堅持
先姑且不論方法 有這種下定決心的勇氣是絕對值得鼓勵的
相信短期內成果會讓你滿意的
接著是 講話要有證據有根據
我的回文原則是非常的認真跟慎重 所以大概找了幾篇國外文章
幫大家來說說這認知間的代溝以及正確性
當然接不接受是個人的事 我只是有興趣幫大家找找
喔 對了 兩種方法我都減過 所以應該了解箇中的辛苦及快感
首先是原PO的800卡 根據前文及推文
我用了關鍵字800卡 減肥 成大 中國醫藥 發現應該是這篇報導

這是新聞的報導 關於受試者的詳細狀況其實沒有交代得很清楚
根據我相關的了解 這應該是設計給糖尿病與部分腎臟病患者的飲食
就算醫院的糖尿病飲食也都是設在1200大卡
但至少都有提到要配合適當的運動與慢慢恢復飲食
當然研究不能只這樣 所以我又找了其他的文章
先從比較民眾化的開始

大意是容易復胖與溜溜球會提高心血管疾病危險
或許這太不讓人信服(咦? 又沒提到幾大卡)
所以我又往上一個層次找了篇Harvard的研究 還不錯 無聊可以看看

裡面是比較四種飲食型態的方法 結果其實四者相去不遠
但集中提到個重點試驗當中沒有任何一個受試者吃至少1200(女) 1800(男)
以防止相關傷害 其中一樣有提到受試者都有一定程度的運動
又或許這證據等級實在不高
所以我用比較屬於醫學知識的論文期刊網站Medline去找了些相關資料
然後輾轉的轉到了WIN(Weight-control Information Network)
找到了篇對大家很有幫助的文章

這篇主要是講一些減肥的迷思 其實置底幾乎都有
來CUE其中一段給大家看 前面都沒耐心看就算了 這段很重要
Myth: Fad diets will help me lose weight and keep it off.
Fact: Fad diets are not the best way to lose weight and keep it off.
These diets often promise quick weight loss if you strictly reduce
what you eat or avoid some types of foods. Some of these diets
may help you lose weight at first. But these diets are hard to follow.
Most people quickly get tired of them and regain any lost weight.
Fad diets may be unhealthy. They may not provide all of
the nutrients your body needs. Also, losing more
than 3 pounds a week after the first few weeks may
increase your chances of developing
gallstones (solid matter in the gallbladder that can cause pain).
Being on a diet of fewer than 800 calories a day for a long time
may lead to serious heart problems.
Fad diet指的是無科學根據的降地熱量飲食 亦即吃低於基代太多的飲食
may help you lose weight at first, and regain any lost weight就是復胖
復胖算其次 最主要的事會影響身體的代謝
最直接的表現是會增加膽結石的機會
而這裡提到的800大卡並不是指最低吃到800大卡是安全的
而是'若'長期低於800大卡恐會有嚴重的心臟影響
以一般口吻化來解釋
基代不是一天會消耗的熱量 而是一天所'必需'的熱量
吃低於基代太多身體拿糖類脂質蛋白質來消耗而達到減重是必然會發生的事
除了對代謝是種傷害身體會'記住'他原本的樣子以及他原本所需的能量
這樣減總是要還的
我還是回到一開始說的 我對原PO的毅力跟堅持相當的尊重
我減過復胖過再減過 相當清楚其中的辛酸血淚
我跟原PO一樣只是提供自己的經驗給大家 前面的文應該還沒刪有興趣可以看看
也希望大家減的健康瘦得安心
當然不強迫原PO以及其他不同想法的人接受
這篇回文加上找相關資料以及評讀大概花了4-5個小時吧
