大腿內側拉傷 - 健身

魯蛇我 5月的時候 有次做完了啞鈴弓箭步行進,以及手持啞鈴上凳,還有健身器材大腿夾
原以為只是右大腿內側正常乳酸.後來一直沒好 稍微弓箭步,右大腿內側就痛持續了兩個月
以至期間幾乎沒辦法深蹲.後來漸漸好轉了..至今
但只要動到右大腿內側的肌肉 例如弓箭步蹲 稍微幾下後..則右大腿內側又開始痛
請問有經驗的巨巨們 都是如何處置的?
