如頭,原po目前18歲,飲食習慣是每天早上除了正常早餐外還會配600cc的綜合果汁(酪梨

中午在學校是每天正常午餐+自己帶搖搖杯+奶昔+牛奶,學校午餐很油,我肉會先過水在

晚上是如果有健身的話,水配GNC這之增重的

重訓回來在喝一杯配牛奶,如果有騎飛輪或公路車的話我會搭配BCAA吃
重點來了,我知道這版不喜歡賀寶芙,我也覺得喝3年喝膩了,想停下蛋白粉了,當初是
和媽媽一起喝的,和親戚團購打5折,等全部喝完想去costco買ON的來喝,我感覺賀的蛋
白粉真的不是很好喝,沒什麼味道+水又很難喝,想問的是如果我換ON或其他的飲品天天
