小弟最近一個禮拜跑步5000+仰臥起坐100+啞鈴100...
一個禮拜RUN2-3次...
持續了一年之久...終於回到自己稍微滿意的身材囉...
連腹肌都悄悄出現...算是我最慶幸的一件事...
可是唯獨大腿...進度好緩慢啊...
有專門瘦大腿的絕招嗎??
