不好意思連續問問題XD
我發現訓練下背肌對我們身體的姿勢很有幫助耶!
稍微練一下(自己想的..等下要問的)
隔天雖然酸但是站姿一整個挺多了
也比較不會駝背
我想問的是 我手邊沒有什麼輔助的器材 連滑滑球也沒有XD
想問一下有什麼訓練辦法可以有效的練到下背的肌群呢?

(還有側腰我也想問一下,因為最近打網球那邊好酸orz)
