瘦子練腹肌 - 健身

如題
我170/56 蠻瘦的
胸肌不用練都不會不見(可能肉太少吧)
平常運動是打網球 很常打
我是那種手稍微台一下就看得到排骨的人
但是不知道是胃大還是怎樣(以前很會吃,但吃不胖 現在吃不多),
早上起來沒吃東西看起來扁扁的,但是只要吃東西就會圓滾滾的
這種情況可以只靠做仰臥起坐就把腹肌練起來嗎?
比較希望是能在家裡自己做的
麻煩板友給我一點意見^^ 在下十分感激
