想問一下大家腹部以及胸部的肌肉要怎麼練?
我覺得我怎麼鍊肉都一樣很團結= =
有什麼比較快得方法嗎?
除了伏地挺身以及仰臥起坐外還有麼麼更好得方法嗎?
請大家幫忙喔~
