板上的同好想請教一個問題
各位會在每周的訓練菜單上加入針對不同訓練目的的訓練方式嗎?
例如周一全身肌群的肌肥大
週三針對爆發力
類似這樣
本人因為還有球隊要跟 所以不知爆發力跟肌肥大排同一周不知效果如何?
還是說要向精華區所提的要分區段?
