是這樣的
我發現大部份有在健身的人,肌肉感覺都很僵硬,活動力很差?
每次在健身房比較小的通道跟對方經過時,幾乎都不會讓路耶,也不是說讓路,就是好歹彼
此都側個身大家都好通過,但就是不會,感覺肌肉很僵硬無法有效移動,應該平常練後沒有
在放鬆
不側就算了好歹靠邊走,在那邊挺著胸肌走正中間,一副所有人都要把路讓給他,真的煩捏
那雖然通常我都比對方好看一點,但沒對方壯,只好我側很多給對方通過
每天去健身房大概都會遇到好幾個,所以在這邊真的是建議大家訓練完要收收操放鬆一下,
胸肌太僵硬,這樣我躺著睡也不是很舒服
