減脂期重訓整夜抽筋和失眠 - 健身

各位前輩晚安,剛有爬些文針對抽筋和失眠
但想請教有沒有有經驗的大大能給些針對性的建議
我大概10天前開始每天下午3-5重訓+有氧兩小時,強度普通並沒有覺得特別超負荷,
約重訓80有氧40分鐘,低碳飲食+16/8斷食
(重訓後的晚餐因為是一天的最後一餐,
永遠都是在算蛋白質,根本沒真正吃一餐的感覺)
常態性是1000cc豆漿+乳清1份,偶爾有雞腿一隻(蛋白質70-100克)
這10天體重大概掉了5.5公斤(可能脫水?)
但夜晚的身心狀況非常難受。(118-》112)
整夜在床上翻來覆去,小腿抽筋、肚子抽筋、腳趾抽筋輪流發作…… 大概都是眼睛閉起
來休息,沒有辦法進入深層睡眠。
我以前曾有憂鬱症體質,但這兩週晚間全身一直輪流抽筋(但在做重訓時和白天不會),
我不清楚通常這樣的情況是身體需要補維他命,還是訓練時的動作、施力不對,還是我整
天沒吃很少碳水的關係?(沒有原型碳水,就菠菜裡的)
因為我5月底曾確診過,中醫師說失眠可能是長新冠,但抽筋不是。 營養有研究的朋友說
這是正常的,說是碳水的戒斷症狀,要我再繼續一段時間身體就適應了。健身房的教練(
不是私教)說可能負荷還可以再更上去,夠累的話身體會自動關機不會失眠。
請問有前輩也曾經經歷減脂期沒有特別高的訓練量但低碳飲食+重訓執行初期半夜全身這
樣一直輪流抽筋的嗎?
還請給小弟一些指點,或是我應該找哪個科別的醫師看看嗎?感謝。
