大量運動,請幫我看看有何待改進的地方 - 健身

三月開始運動,但4/7(六)才開始量體重體脂(Tanita體重計)
以下列出每周六早上起床量的數據

4/7 (六) 58.6 27% x-bike 1小時 心跳130
4/14(六) 58 26% x-bike 1小時 心跳130
4/21(六) 58.8 24.5% 跑步機 1小時 心跳160~180
4/28(六) 59 23.5% 跑步機 1小時 心跳160~180
5/5 (六) 57.6 24% 重訓30分+飛輪35~45分 心跳未知 但很喘、頗吃力
5/12(六) 57.4 24% 重訓40分+飛輪35~45分 心跳未知 很喘,漸有進步
ps.漸有進步是越來越跟得上老師的指令
ps.估計心跳數應有160or170以上
三餐內容
早餐:素食糙米鹹粥(加少許地瓜、芋頭)
雜糧饅頭+清漿
烤地瓜200g+清漿or愛之味燕麥奶
午餐:地瓜250~300g+7-11沙拉(醬料沾得極少)+160卡飲品
中央餐廚:白飯1.5~2碗+3樣甩油純炒青菜+1樣豆蛋類or豬肉或雞肉(去皮去肥肉)
(食量超大,圓形鐵便當盒一定要全部裝滿滿,沒裝滿會空虛失落)
晚餐:白飯1~1.5碗+2個無油燙青菜+豆花、蒟蒻、仙草加些許開水
白飯1碗+2個無油燙青菜+生菜玉米起司可麗餅
無油陽春乾麵+1個無油燙青菜+紫菜蛋花湯
無油陽春湯麵+豆干4片+海帶or無油燙青菜
咖哩飯少咖哩醬汁(3小塊馬鈴薯+2小塊紅蘿蔔+3小塊豬肉塊)+無油燙青菜+蛋花湯
源士林255卡蔬菜粥+地瓜150g~200g
每天早晚口服植物油(黑種草油、沙棘油、南瓜籽油)一天約共服10~12ml
水果吃較少,一天一小顆蘋果or都沒吃
日常作息時間:11點~12點睡覺 6點起床
4月中加入健身房後,運動完回家會有些睡不著or很淺眠or很早醒來
發覺此問題後有請中醫師幫忙調整用藥
也使用放鬆助眠的精油薰香
之後情況稍有改善
生活型態:上班族
運動習慣:如上
我的問題:
1.體脂肪較有下降,體重變化極少,是減到脂肪而沒減到肌肉嗎?
2.(1)從數據看來,踩起來較輕鬆的x-bike時期體脂降較快,之後加入健身房的
跑步機、飛輪課強度大多了,為何體脂肪卻降較少(雖然這時期也吃得比
x-bike時期多了不少,一天約100~200大卡)?
(2)運動或飲食有需要調整的地方嗎?
(3)剛剛看到版娘的某篇回文,說該網友運動心跳數太高,不符合有氧精神
(中低強度+時間持續),大吃一驚,難道是幾乎天天上飛輪課的強度、心跳
太高,但每次時間不算久(35~40分鐘),所以影響減脂的效率嗎?可是最近
上飛輪課漸有進步、越來越跟得上老師指令,感覺上得蠻開心的,加上有些
段落老師說是訓練肌耐力(我也需要增肌),所以.....,我該改成強度、心跳數
較低的有氧運動嗎?
(4)不清楚最適合自己減脂的心跳數區間是多少?最大不可超過多少?
3.三月一開始的目標是六月底前體重53~54,體脂22%,感覺體脂很有希望達成,
可是體重看來很難達成目標,不知道該怎麼調整較好呢?
這兩個月真的是拼命在運動(飲食只能盡量,沒辦法拼命)
每天不斷想著怎樣才能達成目標,有點變成強迫症了...
