目前176公分108公斤 之前有兩三年訓練歷史
最近又重新踏回健身房兩個禮拜 實際訓練天數大概10天
深蹲、握推、硬舉、肩推沒少做,訓練日大概都是四個動作
目前只練胸背腿肩這些大肌群,練胸當日大概就是臥推+啞鈴上斜臥推等其他動作
然後跑步機爬坡一下,但力量訓練完之後真的沒什麼力氣有氧了
所以頂多堅持個10~20分鐘就結束,飲食是一天一餐+斷食
工作目前是12小時夜班保全 幾乎都是靜態作業 沒什麼活動性
早上下班後直接去健身房訓練,結束後到麥當勞買個無敵豬肉滿福堡、小杯玉米湯
然後放到下午睡醒後再一次進食,我這兩個禮拜每天吃的東西都一樣
家樂福即食大燕麥片50克+牛奶、兩塊雞胸肉、一杯乳清、無敵豬肉滿福堡、小玉米湯
下午醒來後吃這些,到下班前都不會感覺到飢餓,有熱量赤字,飲食相對乾淨也有運動
照理說大體重剛開始動起來一開始應該會減很快 只是數字完全沒動 有點挫折
