想說跟大家一起來學舉重

原本我有暴飲暴食的症狀
什麼少量多餐、低GI、熱量赤字 呵呵
開始學習舉重之後
暴飲暴食的症狀還是在,肥魯一夕之間還是肥魯
但是拿著槓鈴舉重當下
萬千少女都圍繞著我尖叫
用LED做的燈光版 不斷閃爍著飛熊
左一聲 熊熊 右一聲 拱公
不絕於耳
認真一下好了
前面有講到想增加跳躍力
真心不騙,舉重動作應該是你的訓練項目之一
這是目前世界上最需要下肢爆發力的運動
透過舉重,你想要用肚臍攔網.... 可能還要一陣子啦~~
