剛剛無聊晃到置底的新手須知
看到裡面有一條寫著:身體要消耗一公斤的脂肪 需要燃燒7700卡的卡路里才有可能
我就突然想到大約一年多前....
本人承受失戀打擊之時....
在三個月內大約瘦了3公斤....
一年後整整瘦了6公斤
可是這中間除了心情萎靡不振 食慾不佳 淚眼婆娑之外
本人並沒有特地去做任何運動 (我指的是真正的運動 一般日常走路不算)
很好奇如果以上面的論述來看
我究竟為什麼會瘦這麼多公斤???
雖然食慾不是很好 但還是有吃東西
心理影響生理的作用如此大嗎?
有沒有人可以解答??
