兩個月之前單戀的女生被學弟追走了,傷心難過的部分就不說,為了安慰自己幫自己
找了個理由,一定是因為太胖才會這樣的(說不定是因為長得醜啦,但我盡量不往這個方
向去想),於是開始我的減肥之路。
自我介紹一下,26歲超老研究生身高184體重120公斤,一個半月前開始去健身房踩腳
踏車,一次都踩一個小時,幾乎天天去,偶爾早上還會去重訓一下(沒有固定做什麼,看
哪個器材順眼就去做個幾組,時間也差不多一小時),飲食方面沒有太大的改變,就不吃
宵夜而已,這樣持續到現在瘦了4公斤目前116公斤。
我發這篇文是想找個平台,可以讓我每個禮拜分享我的成果(目前計畫用影片的方
式呈現),目的就討個鼓勵拍拍或是指教,所以想請問這個版適合做這樣的事情嗎?或是
請問哪些版比較適合(不太想發在FB給朋友看這樣)
