最近兩次在練胸的時候

或是 http://goo.gl/L6e7ZM
都覺得自己右肩快爆掉,可是做 http://goo.gl/BcP1fy 這種就不會痛
因為之前有上過課,教練是教肩頰下壓不要聳肩
我做的時候都有低重量先調整過,但是低重量的時候還是會痛
我自己在想會不會是沒力變成用肩膀去代償了,但是我這個是練胸的第一個動作 囧rz
如果不做夾胸的話,還有甚麼可以加強刺激呢?
