減脂期的訓練與飲食 - 健身

老魯我身高179/91 體脂約23.1%
目前早餐固定吃麥片加水 配個 黑咖啡 或是蘋果
中午 晚餐都是吃 兩口飯 配一個主餐 魚類 不油炸 青菜類都過水 平日不喝飲料 不然就
是無糖茶
運動的話就是 每天跑5公里 大約半小時
訓練的部分就只有推滾輪 拉單槓
目前的目標想減重到80公斤體脂15左右
一開始體重下降的速度還蠻快的
只是肚子的皮跟油還是蠻多的
而且紋路還蠻多的 目前已呈現放棄狀態
想知道我接下來該怎麼安排比較好
我該繼續維持熱量赤字嗎
