腳踝疼痛的問題 - 健身

各位大大您好,
小弟偶爾會去健身房(大約一周1-2次),
維持了大約兩個月
我做的項目只有上半身重訓,
包括幾乎每一項的機械訓練(上半身)
還有飛鳥啞鈴
在健訓前我會先慢跑10分鐘,
慢跑前我有做拉筋暖身
這幾天晚上睡覺,半夜起來時,
一下床,腳踝會有扭傷的疼痛感,
到白天症狀減緩,但還是有感覺
不知道這是否因為我做的重訓方式造成的?
是否沒做下半身訓練,
而去慢跑,很容易扭傷腳踝?
請多多指教,謝謝
