請問太空椅/靠牆蹲的請教 - 健身

小弟我因為大腿很廢,所以打算從這個開始練起
上網查了相關訊息,是說頭肩腰要緊貼牆壁,呈一直線,膝蓋大約在腳掌正上方,大腿跟地面平行
然後我大約蹲個20秒就不行了QQ,不過這不是重點
我想問的是,當我蹲到快沒力的時候,會覺得膝蓋突然負擔加重,請問這是正常的現象嗎?
還是說我打從一開始就姿勢錯誤?
我很怕這樣一次蹲這麼久會傷到膝蓋,有沒有高手能幫幫我><
