澱粉攝取時間問題 - 健身

想請問的是
如果我今天早餐幾乎只吃澱粉(如一大顆烤地瓜)
午餐可以只吃蔬菜跟蛋白質就好嗎?
想說如果午餐再吃澱粉會不會過量
