呂捷FB說想減重,有一位網友留言如下:
老師,我是專業護理師,給你建議,每餐只吃半碗飯,魚,肉 ,海鮮等不必減量,照你原來喜好
吃,吃不飽部份吃青菜到飽,但根莖類蔬菜,如:馬鈴薯.玉米.南瓜.芋頭.地瓜等算飯,吃了
飯剛剛提的根莖類不可吃,或這餐選了根莖類吃半碗, 飯就沒了,用替換的方式2擇1,這樣1
個月應可瘦3-5公斤,願意加運動的話還可瘦更多

看起來就是減澱粉為1/2,但這樣可瘦到3-5公斤這麼多嗎@@?
